1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S Case no.518 of 2023 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on search 20 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of both the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from their possession and they have been falsely implicated in the case. They are in custody since 17.8.2023, have no criminal antecedent and

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioners having remained in custody for more than 4 months since 17.8.2023, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case and specially the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rampur P.S Case no.518 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Gaya.
