2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 04.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49809 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner suddenly fell ill so he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Yogendra Yadav @ Jogendra Yadav and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 04.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49809 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
