2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59685 of 2023.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's bail was allowed by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59685 of 2023 and he was directed to be released after framing of charge but still the case has not been committed for trial and some of the accused persons have not appeared before the Court below.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82798 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 59685 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail forthwith with the same conditions as mentioned in the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59685 of 2023.
