Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that there is suspicion of commission of murder against three persons.

Similarly situated co-accused Bagad Manjhi @ Bangar Manjhi and Naresh Manjhi @ Chijo have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure2 as well as by this Court. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9694 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No.171 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
