In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Special Trial No.(PMLA) 04/2016, arising out of ECIR No.PTZO/04/2013, Complaint Case No.4/2016 registered for offence punishable under section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

One Mr.Tiwari Bank official has identified the soft bank account and whereafter image was taken, forwarded to the present petitioner, whereafter fake cheques were prepared and put fake signature thereon and in that manner, huge amount has been withdrawn. It also appears from the record that group

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85804 of 2019(4) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 of persons involved in the said offence. Altogether Rs.4,96,17,692/- has illegally been withdrawn in fraudulent manner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
