2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 549 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant was engaged in work, the accused persons having armed came there and abused as well as assaulted him. The petitioner is said to have assaulted on his head by iron rod, due to which, he sustained injury and blood started oozing. Rs. 5000/- is also said to have been snatched away on Katta.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83751 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Both parties are agnates and injuries are simple in nature.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 549 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
