2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 334 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is mother of the deceased and informant of this case. Subsequently, it is alleged that petitioner has pressed the neck of her daughter over the trivial dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 334 of 2023.
