2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. On 03.12.2025, the following order was passed, which reads as under:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Issue notice to opposite party no.

02 under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week from today.

3. Call for the legible photocopy of the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS from the concerned Court below in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the BNS 2023.

5. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025.

7. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent as the victim and the petitioner have got married in a temple.

8. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail till the next date of hearing on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum- District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025.

9. List this case after ten weeks."

4. The petitioner was granted provisional bail.
