2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 277 of 2024 for the offence punishable under sections 309(6) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that after refueling his vehicle, as he moved towards Sarai over bridge and wanted to attend the nature's call, two accused persons came and tried to snatch the mobile/money. Upon protest, the third person on a motorcycle open fire causing injury in the stomach. He was referred to Sadar Hospital, Hajipur which followed the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has come in the confessional statement, he has absolutely no role to play in the matter but got implicated.

Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that Pankaj Kumar was taken into custody who made confessional statement that Sonu Kumar and Niraj Kumar (petitioner herein) tried to snatch away the purse of the informant and when he protested, Pankaj Kumar opened fire.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the fact that he has three criminal antecedents mostly of the same nature, no relief can be granted for the present.
