2. The petitioner is in custody in a case register for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant left his Company with his Vehicle to refuel petrol in a Petrol Pump and suddenly, two boys came and snatched his mobile and money, when he protested, the third boy threatened to shoot him where the informant got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the name of the petitioner has been figured on the

He next submits that the investigation has already been concluded and, accordingly, charge-sheet has already been submitted but no TIP has been conducted by the Investigating Officer during the investigation. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents as stated para-3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.277 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date as fixed by the learned Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
