2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Desari P.S.Case No.368 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Considering the fact that altogether five criminal cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
