2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 03.05.2020.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
