The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.G.O./112 of 2019 dated 12.9.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 55.6 ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for four months. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ Iind cum Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No.G.O./112 of 2019 dated 12.9.2019..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
