This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.11.2015 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.28485 of 2015, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. 3.

The present petition has been filed in the year 2024 for modification of the order, which was passed on 04.11.2015 i.e. about eight years back.

In these circumstances, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9195 of 2024(3) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 inclined to modify the aforesaid order on the ground of delay and laches. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed with costs.
