In this case, the petitioners are submitting that their cases are identical to the case of L.P.A. No. 969 of 2015, Raj Kumar Jha vs. the State of Bihar and others and its analogous cases.

The competent authority will examine the matter as to whether fact, law and relief sought for in the present case, is identical to the aforesaid case. If that be so, the petitioners will be granted the identical relief as has been given to petitioner of L.P.A. No. 969 of 2015 and its analogous cases. With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
