JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.120 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence, the accusation made against the petitioner, the other materials collected in course of investigation by the police, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
