2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 511 , 354 ( B ), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on 21.04.2024 on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when the informant had gone to defecate , this petitioner caught the complainant and threw her on the ground and covered her mouth and tried to commit rape with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no medical report on record to substantiate the allegation .

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R with specific allegation that he tried to commit rape with informant. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
