1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other criminals are accused of committing robbery in the house.

4. The petitioner has five more criminal antecedents. During investigation, sufficient materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. The petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2023.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This
