Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Shubham Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
