====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 506/34 of I.P.C. and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act. As per prosecution story is that informant had received a video clip showing that some accused persons were making firing on the dancer and on enquiry it came to know that firing were made aiming to dancers in a birthday party. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no allegation of firing against the petitioner and he is in custody for about three months. Charge sheet has already been submitted and he is ready to abide by condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with the condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
