2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons have threatened the informant and his co-workers and all the accused persons also threatened the informant to transfer money on their (accused) mobile numbers. Informant transferred a total of Rs.20,000/- from his mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He next submits that no firearm, money or any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner except for

He next submits that the alleged money transfer was made to an unknown OR code belonging to some other person and there is no material or digital link which shows the connection of the petitioner with the alleged transaction and no transfer of money has been made by the petitioner to any bank account of the informant. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya in connection with Gaya G.R.
