2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3 . The case of the prosecution , in short, is that, informant namely , Satyendra Thakur alleged that on 20.04.2025 , son of informant went missing. Upon search, the dead body of son of informant was found. Informant alleged that his son was homicidally done to death by unknown assailants, and he harbours strong suspicion against seven individuals, whom he has named as accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the

No.81230 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithilesh Kumar @ Mithilesh Prajapati who has already been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 70847 of 2025 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.04.2025 . 5 . Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya .
