JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.1069 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 370, 370A, 372, 373, 376, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

Considering the gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner and the allegation that he was not only procuring minor girl for prostitution but was also running

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75885 of 2019(5) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 brothel and from his house several minor girls were recovered, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
