This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eye witness of the occurrence of murder of the son of the informant. During investigation, it revealed that one Shailendra Kamat had committed the murder.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only suspicion is there against the petitioner who is in custody since 05.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts especially the fact that the material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12303 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
