The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 452, 354, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that for the alleged occurrence of 27.11.2014, a complaint was filed which was referred to the police pursuant to which the FIR has been instituted on 29.08.2019, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
