Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 435, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. The FIR of the occurrence is against unknown.

The informant during his examination in course of trial has not named this petitioner rather is specific that the petitioner was not involved in the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
