2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023, lodged under Sections 147, 323, 341, 324, 307 and 504 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused including the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim, which caused simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023.
