2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 174 of 2018.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite interim orders for maintaining status quo, the opposite parties

Patna High Court MJC No.555 of 2018 dt.06-03-2019 2/2 have proceeded to call upon the tank lorry for physical verification/safety check.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties refers to para 6 of the show cause to submit that the concerned tank lorry is not related to the transport tender no. BPC/ER/BR/POL/BULK/BNI/2017-21. Moreover, safety check of tank lorry is conducted within the premises of BPCL in a routine manner. It further transpires that CWJC No. 174 of 2018 has since been finally disposed of and confirmed in LPA No. 381 of 2018.

5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
