The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that his daughter's marriage was solemnized with Amarjit Pandit and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, she has been killed by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. He submits that husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. He further submits that petitioners bear no criminal antecedent.

No.73173 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha Police Station Case No. 137 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
