The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is of two country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted the bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22377 of 2017 on 08.06.2017. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case on completion of six months in custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77772 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No. 390 of 2015.
