====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04.09.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2087 of 2024 to the extent of correction in the party position and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, name of appellant no. 4 has wrongly been typed as 'Sonu Ray @ Sonu Kumar Rai' instead of 'Sonu Kumar Ray @ Sonu Ray @ Sonu Kumar Rai', name of the father of appellant no. 4 has wrongly been typed as 'Late Pitambar Ray' instead of 'Upendra Ray' and name of the husband of appellant no. 8 has wrongly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81821 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 been typed as 'Late Ram Swaroop Ray' instead of 'Kapileshwar Ray', as such, same errors have occurred in aforesaid order dated 04.09.2025. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for necessary corrections in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let the errors as pointed above, be treated as rectified and further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond. This amount may be utilized by the Civil Court concerned in purchase of furniture and beautification of the court premises.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 04.09.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2087 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only.
