The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.364 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 118(1), 76, 115(2), 303(2), 117(2), 109(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with sword.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. 5.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj / concerned Court below, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.364 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
