The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 369/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143/323/353/427/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the petty reason that the petitioners had exceeded the limits in which they should have to stage Dharna, the petitioners have now been framed up in the present case and are apprehending

It is further submitted that the petitioners are small time leaders and had collected at the Collectorate for holding some Dharna with regard to small issues which had cropped up in the administration of the Collectorate. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there was no intention of any obstruction or damage of public property and the allegations are wholly frivolous.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 369/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
