The petitioner seeks bail in Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 164 of 2019 (NDPS (Spl) Case No.10/2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 401/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 (b) of NDPS Act, 1985.

On search, five tablets of Ativan 2 mg were recovered from the bag of the petitioner, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that Ativan tablet is not come under the NDPS Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
