BAJANTHRI) Date : 13-12-2022 Intervener Applicant wants to have the benefit on par with the respondent-Binay Kumar Shukla on the ground that he is senior to Binay Kumar Shukla and it is also submitted that the Intervener Applicant has already invoked writ jurisdiction in seeking promotion to the post of Assistant Director and it is pending consideration. Intervener-Applicant cannot have two remedies at stretch, on the same subject.

In the light of these facts and circumstances

Patna High Court L.P.A No.248 of 2018 dt.13-12-2022 2/2 Intervener Application stands rejected.

Pursuant to the previous order promotion to the respondent to the post of Assistant Director has been ordered with certain conditions on 08.12.2022. In the result, the present LPA stands disposed.
