By way of the present application, the petitioners have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Baikunthpur P. S. Case No. 146 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners as recorded in the order dated 19.12.2019 as also the fact that there is no plausible explanation for the undue delay of six days caused in institution of the FIR, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or
