2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 ( the Central Selection Board of Constable). As per the reply, the petitioner is in the category of BC-M-NHG (Backward Class-Male-Non Home Guard). Further, as per paragraph 12, the cut off for the said category went upto 31 marks whereas the petitioner secured only 25 marks.

3. Learned Counsel submits that recommendation made and the selection process is over.

4. Taking into account the fact that the petitioner's marks was below the cut off point (BC-M-NHG), no case is made out.
