The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2019 in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323,307, 353, 337, 338, 427, 186, 226, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2019.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was only a member of the mob which caused injury to the police personnel when they visited the place of occurrence, the accused persons started pelting the brick upon them.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.75974 of 2019(2) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2019, let him be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019.
