2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was was rejected vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45761 of 2023.

3. I have gone through the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The statement is damaging to the petitioner and it does not help the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this application is again dismissed.

5. The trial is directed to be expedited.
