2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for directing and commanding the Respondents authorities to speedy disposal of case no. 4/20172018 which is pending before Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sikarhana, Dhaka. Which is pending since long period but till date not concluded AND/OR further direction to the Respondent Authorities to disposed of the above mentioned case

Patna High Court CWJC No.25677 of 2019 dt.06-01-2020 2/2 within time formed AND/OR pass such other order of orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. In view of the order which the Court proposes to pass, it is not deemed necessary to issue notice to the private respondents for the reason that no party can object to the speedy disposal of a pending proceeding.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off Case No. 4 of 2017-18, if already not disposed off, expeditiously and latest within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
