The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner having presented a cheque for payment at the Bank whereupon the Bank Manager had rung the informant to ascertain as to whether the cheque had been issued in favour of the petitioner or not, whereafter, the informant had arrived at the Bank and it transpired that he had not issued any cheque in favour of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76434 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 petitioner and then the petitioner was arrested from the Bank. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.09.2019. Lastly, it is submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the fact remains that no monetary loss has been caused to anyone.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019.
