To direct the concerned Respondents to stop the Registry sale by the husband of the petitioner in to holding No. 122C/1, Ward No, 41 at Thawai Sufinagar, P.S. Bihar Shrif Distt.- Nalanda forthwith.

(ii). To direct the concerned Respondents to help/ Co-operate the petitioner to open the lock and reside in the house of the husband of the petitioner forthwith.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
