2. Earlier, the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 51281 of 2024, but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that there is no progress in the trial and the petitioner is under custody since 10.04.2024.

3. The chronological report, along with the xerox copy of the order sheets of the trial court, was called for and is available on record. It shows that charges were framed on 11.07.2024. Despite the issuance of both bailable and nonbailable warrants, not a single witness has been examined till date.

4. The bail application of the petitioner is presently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85443 of 2024(5) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 rejected with the observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, he may renew his prayer for bail.
