The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.153/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. As a matter of fact the deceased has committed suicide, petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2019 and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.79260 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri A.V.D. Dubey, ACJM IV, Sasaram, District Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.153 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
