The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation against the petitioners of torture for not fulfilling of the demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, they killed the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail custody since 07.09.2019 and petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel for the informant submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioners for demand of dowry. The husband of the victim is in jail custody. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Punit Malviya, A.C.J.M., Sasaram, District - Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
