2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 28.06.2024.

3. Petitioner seeks provisional bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is going to be performed on 13.12.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no active male member in the family to make arrangement for the marriage ceremony and for that purpose he needs provisional bail for at least 10 days so that the petitioner can make all the arrangement. He further undertakes that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83591 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 would surrender before the learned Trial Court as soon as the provisional bail expires. He also undertakes that he would not tamper with any evidence in any manner.

5. Considering the fact that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is going to be held on 13.12.2024, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on provisional bail from 07.12.2024 to 17.12.2024 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-I, Patna City in S.Tr. No. 203 of 2021.

6. Petitioner is directed to surrender on or before 17.12.2024 in this case. In case there is no surrender within the aforesaid date, the learned Court below is directed to take necessary steps for his arrest.
