2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals stopped the deceased and fired a number of times and killed the deceased.

4. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased who had illicit relation with her brother-in-law/informant and because of which she got the deceased murdered.

5. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84011 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
