The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/447/ 380/ 427/504/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case for land dispute. According to FIR, the petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head as well as at the hand of the informant. However, the doctor has found injury by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid allegation and noncorroboration of the allegation with the medical evidence, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15962 of 2018 (3) dt.08-05-2018 P2/ petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No.45 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
