Petitioners seek bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The present case has been filed by the informant in retaliation of the Complaint Case No. 588 of 2019 (Annexure-2) filed by the wife of petitioner no. 2.
