The prayer is for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 24.7.2017 (Annexure-3) issued under the signature of Commandant Central Reserve Police Force, Muzaffarpur (Respondent no.-6) by which the petitioner has been terminated from the service under Proviso to Sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Central Civil Services (Temporary service) Rules, 1965 and further to quash the order passed in appeal by the inspector general of police

Patna High Court CWJC No.5218 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 Bihar Sector Central Reserve Police Force, Patna (Respondent no. 4) dated 23.9.2017 (Annexure-5) whereby the order of termination has been confirmed and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of constable (General Duty) and for issuance of a writ/order/direction for which the petitioner may be found legally e titled under the facts and circumstances states herein under.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Union of India in which the reasons have been assigned for the passing of order in question.

Be that as it may, since no one has appeared, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
